Yay 1 month until I officially call myself a vegan!
I should probably stop being a junk food vegan and be a low fat raw vegan. Eugh. That will be the next goal! I find I can’t eat enough calories to be a lfrv :( But do I really have to have 2500 a day? I am not even 5’2. I can’t physically eat more than 1400-1500 (which is my BMR) or 1700 if I PUSH it. Maybe 2500 is only for normal sized people hahaha and 2000 for me. I suppose I will just eat as many fruits and vegetables as I can from now on. That can only be good for me!
Yay getting hair done today…! Then work and friends over this weekend. :)
