So my cleanse has been over for about a week but I have still been keeping my juices and green smoothies up just to maintain the health benefits for as long as possible!! Anyway I woke up this morning and figured I’d weigh myself just to see where I’m at… And now I’m 58.5kg?? So I lost half a kilo by eating MORE!
And I mean I went out for dinner last night and had a couple of chips and popcorn and lollypops… But.. Well.. Whatever. I haven’t exercised in two weeks either. This could be muscle loss and I reeaaally hope that it’s not.
Oh well. I’m just going to keep juicing and try to exercise more, that way there is NO WAY that I will be losing muscle. I mean I’m not complaining that I lost weight without trying, isn’t that every girl’s dream???
I should be happy. :)
